Cross-site scripting in Eucalyptus Management Console 4.0.x before 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to run script in a console user's browser. The console uses vulnerable AngularJS 1.2.9, whose expression sandbox accepts crafted user-controlled expressions that execute JavaScript. Exploitation requires a console user to render the injected expression, exposing data and actions available to that session.
