Local service interruption via writable shared memory

Local denial of service in MySecureShell 1.31 allows local users to block new SFTP sessions by exhausting shared-memory slots. SftpWho.c creates the 128-slot connection table with mode 0666, allowing an unprivileged process to mark every available slot as occupied. Local account access is required, and successful exploitation prevents additional SFTP connections without reading or modifying transferred files.
