Session cookie exposure via missing Secure attribute

Missing Secure cookie attributes in ProjectPier 0.8.8 allow attackers to expose session cookies through unencrypted HTTP requests. ProjectPier's cookie-setting logic creates cookies without the Secure attribute, so browsers can transmit them over plaintext HTTP after an HTTPS session. Exploitation requires an authenticated user's browser to make an HTTP request, exposing the cookie to man-in-the-middle attackers and enabling session misuse.
