Unauthenticated WSMan access via immutable credentials

Hardcoded credentials in Supermicro IPMI firmware before SMT_X9_315 and SMT X8 312 allow remote attackers to access the WSMan interface. The OpenWSMan digest file contains an immutable static-password account, while an nv-partition bug leaves its basic-auth ADMIN password set to admin after password changes. Network reachability to OpenWSMan is required; either credential defeats configured password changes and exposes management data.
