Cross-site request forgery in D-Link DIR-865L v1.03 allows remote attackers to change router settings via a malicious webpage. The hedwig.cgi and pigwidgeon.cgi endpoints accept forged HTML form submissions without CSRF tokens, allowing credential changes and remote-management enablement. Exploitation requires an administrator's active logged-in management session and a click or visit to attacker-controlled content; successful abuse can give full router control.
