Remote command execution via unescaped listing arguments

OS command injection in the ftpd gem 0.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via FTP LIST or NLST arguments. The DiskFileSystem::Ls#ls method joins the option and filename into a shell command and executes it without escaping shell metacharacters. Reachability requires an FTP session and an existing current-directory path whose name carries the injected shell syntax; commands run with server-process privileges.
