Unauthenticated access via spoofed session cookie

Authentication bypass in SimpleHRM 2.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to access protected application data via a spoofed cookie. The user_manager.php authentication path accepts a spoofed cookie as proof of an authenticated session; public disclosures do not identify the cookie name or validation logic. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the documented impact is unauthorized disclosure rather than data modification or service interruption.
