Cryptographic prediction via weak linear congruential RNG

Weak cryptography in KDE Paste Applet after 4.10.5 allows context-dependent attackers to defeat cryptographic protections via predictable output. The KRandom::random function relies on the GNU C Library rand linear congruential generator, making generated password values predictable instead of cryptographically random. Attackers who obtain generated passwords or related hashes can predict outputs and compromise authentication secrets; no remote service exposure is required.
