Live video disclosure via hard-coded RTSP credentials

Authentication bypass in D-Link IP camera firmware allows remote attackers to access live RTSP video streams with hard-coded credentials. The rtspd binary concatenates the supplied username and password, then accepts any username when the result ends in the embedded :?* password string. Network reachability to the RTSP service is sufficient; successful use discloses live camera video without granting configuration changes or service interruption.
