Unauthenticated live image disclosure via unprotected CGI

Information disclosure in affected D-Link IP camera firmware allows remote attackers to view live image luminance without authentication. The /md/lums.cgi endpoint returns an ASCII rendering derived from the live video stream without enforcing access control on the request. Network access to the camera web interface is sufficient, and the exposed output reveals scene luminance rather than the full-color video stream.
