Unauthenticated video access via crafted RTSP packets

Authentication bypass in Vivotek PT7135 firmware 0300a and 0400a allows remote attackers to access the RTSP video stream. The RTSP service on TCP port 554 processes specially crafted RTSP packets without enforcing authentication before releasing stream data. Network access to the camera's RTSP port is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized viewing, not configuration changes or service interruption.
