Password disclosure via shared hardcoded RSA key

Hard-coded cryptographic keys in Verax NMS before 2.1.0 allow remote attackers to decrypt captured administrator passwords. The decryptPassword() method in eadministratorconsole-core embeds the same RSA key constants across installations instead of loading a unique key pair. Exploitation requires access to the distributed JAR key material and captured encrypted login traffic, exposing the submitted password without changing server data.
