Account access via replayed encrypted passwords

Authentication bypass in Verax NMS before 2.10 allows remote attackers to access an account by replaying an intercepted encrypted password. The clientMain.swf login code encrypts the same plaintext password to the same ciphertext with static RSA keys, and userService.authenticateUser accepts that reusable value. An attacker must first capture a legitimate login request on the client-server path; replay then grants the intercepted account's access without revealing or altering its cleartext password.
