Unauthenticated code execution via GET-name eval injection

Eval injection in PHP-Charts 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through crafted GET parameter names in wizard/url.php. The script passes each attacker-controlled GET parameter name directly to eval(), treating embedded PHP syntax as executable code. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the web server account's privileges.
