Root command execution via unauthenticated cmd parameter

OS command injection in D-Link DIR-300 rev B 2.13 and earlier and DIR-600 rev B 2.14b01 and earlier allows remote attackers to gain root shells. The command.php endpoint passes the cmd POST value to a system shell without neutralizing shell syntax, allowing appended commands to execute. The endpoint requires no authentication, and injected commands run with root privileges, enabling full router takeover or a persistent Telnet shell.
