CVE-2013-10066Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Published Aug 5, 2025 · Updated Apr 7, 2026

Unrestricted file upload in Kordil EDMS 2.2.60rc3 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through an unauthenticated request. The users_add.php endpoint accepts a multipart PHP file without authentication, stores it in the web-accessible /userpictures/ directory, and the server executes it when requested. Network access to the application is sufficient; successful exploitation writes an attacker-chosen PHP file and executes its code with the web server's privileges.
