Authenticated command execution via PPPoE username injection

OS command injection in NETGEAR DGN2200B firmware 1.0.0.36 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The pppoe.cgi handler passes the pppoe_username value into a shell context without neutralizing command delimiters, enabling blind command execution. Valid router-administration credentials are required, and exploitation can fully compromise the appliance while modifying its PPPoE configuration.
