Code execution via overlong NetConfig.ini UserName

Stack-based buffer overflow in Beetel Connection Manager PCW_BTLINDV1.0.0B04 allows attackers to execute code via a crafted NetConfig.ini file. The parser copies an overlong UserName value into a stack buffer, overwriting the SEH record and redirecting control flow through a crafted return address. A user must cause the application to process the malicious local file; successful exploitation runs code with the application's privileges.
