Account-data reset via nonce-free restart request

Cross-site request forgery in WordPress.org Blogger Importer 0.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to reset Blogger account data. The restart() handler accepts a forged POST without a nonce check, then deletes the blogger_importer option and blogger_author post metadata. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to submit the forged request, which clears saved Blogger account information.
