Database compromise via unsanitized login username

SQL injection in telecommunication software GmbH SAMwin Contact Center Suite 5.1 allows remote attackers to alter call-center data. The SAMwin Agent login path embeds the supplied username in direct database queries without sanitization or prepared statements. Access to the Agent login form or database network path is sufficient; shared hard-coded credentials and read-write permissions expose user, routing, and interconnection records.
