Unrestricted file upload in PolarBear CMS 2.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through upload.php. The endpoint accepts an unauthenticated PHP payload and places it in a web-accessible temporary directory without blocking executable file types. No account or user interaction is required; requesting the uploaded file executes it with the web server's privileges.
