Password disclosure via predictable RADIUS authenticators

Insufficient randomness in packet.py in pyrad before 2.1 allows remote attackers to recover RADIUS-protected passwords by brute force. CreateAuthenticator() draws each of 16 authenticator bytes with random.randrange() instead of the operating system-backed SystemRandom(), making the password hash predictable. Access to transmitted RADIUS traffic and enough brute-force work is required; the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of protected passwords.
