Authenticated command execution via ping metacharacter injection

OS command injection in Polycom HDX Video End Points before 3.0.4 and UC APL before 2.7.1.J allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The web management interface passes a troubleshooting host value to the ping command without rejecting shell metacharacters, so a semicolon starts an additional command. Access to the authenticated ping feature is required, and successful injection executes arbitrary commands on the appliance.
