Information disclosure in the BlackBerry PlayBook browser before 2.1 allows remote attackers to read local files via a crafted HTML attachment. A downloaded attachment executes attacker-supplied JavaScript in the browser's trusted local context, exposing files readable by the browser process. Exploitation requires a recipient to open the attachment; the demonstrated consequence is limited to file disclosure.
