Improper access control in Samsung Kies before 2.5.0.12094_27_11 allows remote attackers to create or delete directories. CmdAgent.dll exposes the ICommandAgent DirCreate and DirDelete methods to untrusted browser content without restricting supplied paths. Exploitation requires Internet Explorer to instantiate the ActiveX control, and resulting changes use the current user's privileges.
