Admin-level code execution via unsanitized username

PHP code injection in TinyWebGallery before 1.8.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through its admin interface. The add-user action in admin/index.php writes the unsanitized user parameter into .htusers.php, where PHP later executes it. Administrative privileges are required for direct exploitation; successful injection permits command execution with the web server's privileges.
