Unauthenticated code execution via settings file rewrite

Code injection in WebCalendar before 1.2.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP via the form_single_user_login parameter. The unauthenticated installer copies the parameter into the single_user_login setting and rewrites includes/settings.php as executable PHP without neutralizing code delimiters. A reachable install/index.php and writable settings file are required; successful exploitation runs commands with the web server account's privileges.
