Code execution via oversized ispXCF version attribute

Stack-based buffer overflow in Lattice Semiconductor ispVM System 18.0.2 allows local users to execute code via a crafted XCF file. The XCF parser copies an oversized version attribute from the ispXCF XML tag into an insufficient stack buffer without validating its length. Execution requires a user to open the malicious project file, and resulting code runs with that user's application privileges.
