Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in XODA 0.4.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through the unauthenticated upload handler. The index.php upload handler accepts a multipart files_to_upload[] item without authentication or a dangerous-extension restriction, then stores it under the web-accessible files/ directory. Reaching the upload endpoint requires only network access; requesting the stored .php file executes attacker-supplied code in the web server's security context.
