Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in Sflog! CMS 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by uploading a PHP file through manage.php. admin/includes/uploadContent.inc.php passes the supplied filename to basename() and move_uploaded_file() without checking its type, then stores it under blogs/download/uploads/. Access to the blog management interface is required, but the shipped admin:secret credentials satisfy that gate when unchanged.
