Arbitrary file read via unchecked URL resolution

Path traversal in Kodi 11.0's embedded HTTP server allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files via crafted URIs. CHTTPWebinterfaceHandler::ResolveUrl joined the requested path to the web-interface add-on directory without canonicalizing it or verifying that the result remained beneath that directory. Exploitation requires an enabled web server and valid HTTP Basic credentials, and exposes files readable by the Kodi process, including configuration and credential files.
