Code execution via unchecked .CY3 string copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Cytel Studio 9.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute code through a crafted .CY3 file. The .CY3 parser copies user-controlled strings into a fixed 256-byte stack buffer without checking their length. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file, after which code runs in that user's application context.
