Denial of service in Cisco Unified Personal Communicator 7.0 (1.13056) allows remote attackers to interrupt the client via received data. The received-data path retains allocated buffers and continues without verifying whether each memory allocation succeeded. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation makes the desktop communications client unavailable without reported data disclosure or modification.
