Unauthenticated code execution via oversized app parameter

Stack-based buffer overflow in OCLC Amlib NetOpacs allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTTP GET request. webquery.dll accepts an oversized app parameter without enforcing bounds, overwriting the stack and Structured Exception Handler; a parameter name ending in an equals sign can also redirect EIP. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs code in the IIS-hosted process context on legacy Windows deployments.
