Unrestricted file upload in the installer migration script in Joomla! CMS 1.5.0 through 1.5.15 allows remote attackers to execute code. The migration script accepts an uploaded file without checking its type, permitting executable PHP content to be placed on the web server. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires the installation application to remain present; successful uploads run with the web server process's privileges.
