Cross-site scripting in SimpleSAMLphp Module OpenID Provider 0.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in users' browsers. The templates/trust.tpl.php form writes StateID directly into a hidden input's value attribute without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires session fixation on the provider host and user interaction, enabling script execution in that host's browser origin.
