SQL injection via unvalidated iid query input
Published Jan 18, 2023 · Updated Aug 7, 2024
SQL injection in click-reminder allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through a crafted iid parameter. BaseAction accepts a nonnumeric iid, while db_query forwards query strings to MySQL after only newline and space normalization. The attack requires a valid application session and adjacent-network access, and successful injection allows database reads or changes.
