Stack-based buffer overflow in MicroSmarts LLC Millennium MP3 Studio 2.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted .pls file. The .pls parser accepts an overlong File1 value without enforcing its length, allowing the Structured Exception Handler to be overwritten. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted playlist, and browser delivery also requires the .pls extension to be registered.
