Unauthenticated SYSTEM code execution via opcode 36

Remote code execution in EMC RepliStor before ESA-09-003 allows remote attackers to execute code as SYSTEM via a crafted RPC packet. The DoRcvRpcCall handler for opcode 36 in rep_srv.exe passes user-supplied arguments directly to CreateProcessW. The service listens by default on TCP port 7144, and no authentication or user interaction is required to gain SYSTEM control.
