Application crash via UTF-8 buffer overwrite

Heap buffer overflow in XML::Parser 2.45 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted UTF-8 XML streams. In Expat.xs, parse_stream() allocates from a character count, but SvPV() returns a larger byte sequence that Copy() writes past the buffer. Reachability requires an application to parse attacker-controlled XML through a filehandle using the :utf8 PerlIO layer, and the demonstrated consequence is heap corruption followed by process termination.
